While it is difficult to answer this question concisely, here is a brief introduction to what ecotherapy is and how it can be instrumental in the lives of those seeking change, core-alignment, and healing.
Ecotherapy is a form of psychotherapy that often takes a step outdoors to dive into the truths that are waiting for us in and with the natural world. This form of outdoor therapy views our relationship with the rest of nature to be core to our health and includes nature in the therapeutic process. Some examples of nature-based therapy that you may be familiar with include equine/animal-assisted therapy or wilderness therapy. While ecotherapy is commonly practiced outdoors, it is more than therapy provided outside. Ecotherapy expands on the well-researched benefits of time spent outdoors and further focuses on healing through building presence and connection with ourselves, our bodies, the Earth, and others around us. In this service, nature is our co-therapist and an integral part of the work we will do together.

I am not accepting new individual clients at this time. However, groups and the Social Anxiety Program still have space.
